Cooling Tower- Hidd

The project was a steel mill (SULB) being built in Hidd by Samsung Engineering. Our scope of works was to provide an industrial coating for the cooling tower at SULB. The temperature of the water coming in was over 70 degrees centigrade and the tower had a constant flow of water coming in and out at high pressure , therefore a suitable industrial coating was to be designed and applied. All structural elements and openings were to be protected from the potentially corrosive water with the coating while simultaneously ensuring it was a water tight structure that meets international standards.
