A modern strip mall located off the Saudi Causeway Highway. The project consisted of approximately 144 commercial and F&B outlets laid out in a double strip mall fashion, consisting of four rows of external car parks (2 for either row) , external seating areas with miniature imported gardens complimenting its surroundings.
