A large 12 story residential tower located in Busaiteen, Muharraq. The project consisted of ground floor, first floor parking , and 11 floors of residences. In addition a large swimming pool and recreation facilities were designed on the mezzanine floor , and the final 2 floors  of the building were a duplex penthouse. The penthouse also had its own swimming pool and recreation facilities. The interior fit out in the penthouse in particular was completed while adhering to a very high level of quality and materials.
