Falcon Cement Plant Expansion - Jau

The project was to expand the existing cement plant, this involved coordination as a main contractor with the foundation designers , the plant manufacturers, client , erection team , and local design consultants. The project was to expand the current production capacity of Falcon cement , all construction work to take place on this project could only do so as long as it did not interfere or hinder in anyway the current on-going production activities and vehicle movements in and around the plant. In order to meet schedules and ensure there was minimal impact on the current production facilities the project ran 24 hours a day.
