A 10 story residential tower in the center of Manama. The project consisted of demolition of an old existing structure and turn key construction of 10 story residential building. The site being in the center of Manama was heavily congested with limited site access and material storage. It required an advanced level of execution planning and extraordinary effort from our safety dept due to the high density of the area.
