A 10 Story residential building located in Um Al Hassam. The project is for  Awqaf Sunni and consists of 3 floors of multi story car park and 7 floors of residential apartments. The site is located in an heavily congested area with very limited access making construction of this project highly complex with next to zero margin of error.
